Friday is RT sign up:D Who is going to the RT this year?

I will do cardio today. DH wants to go to the gym tonight:eek: I may double up today, eat way to much yesterday:eek:

the answer to your ? is, each DB! For shoulders I used two 19# DB's each;) or for triceps two 15# DB's each! BB is the total weight! Since when are you a beachbody coach?:)

On the STS TB workout yesterday I was using 2X12#'s on the shoulder press. Side raises only 5#'s. I have to be careful on my shoulders....it is an angle thing from a previous injury.

I just became one recently. I will get my coach package soon! Can't wait! :)
My first program that I am testing is the Chalean Extreme. Amelia and Allee are doing a rotation with me. Amelia has started already which is fantastic.
I will catch-up with here whereever she left off. :)

I did my run and abs today.
TM challengers 3miles 561 calories burned. ;)
STS TB abs and stretch

I noticed my new DVD is acting up already! It kept skipping around for some weird reason.
NOT GOOD! I just got it in December!
Will call customer service to see if they can replace it.

I did iTread2/60min on the TM

Heidi - oh no, about the DVD:confused: You are lifting pretty heavy weights too, you go girl! On the shoulder, I need to be careful too. I should lower my weight:rolleyes: before I hurt myself. I saw your website earlier, now it's gone:eek: Unless I don't see it:eek: WOW, on that cal burn on the TM run today! Awesome job!

Amelia - did you get your workout in today?

Feeling my shoulders today! Didn't notice until I started to do a lot of paperwork on the computer. OOF!

Hi all!

I'm finally sitting down. Workout today is something like this: get kids out of house, go to work, play on spreadsheets and do conference calls all day, inlcuding a conference call on way home. Miss DD's volleyball game. Drop off GS cookies to neighbors who haven't been home, get very disgusting car washed (Dd almost refused to ride in it), go to grocery store, pick up pizza from deli because no time to cook, too. Shove pizza down, take son to scouts, hit grocery store again so that we food for rest of week, pack up cookies to ship out to family, head back to boy scouts to deliver the girl scout cookies to the families and discuss mine/DH's responsibilities for the troop, come home, direct the shower/pj's/make lunch/pack bags including sport clothes. Somewhere in there I'm sure I got some cardio or strength benefit. (ok, thanks for letting me vent)

You were all chatty today. Sounds like your day was better than mine. Can't wait to hit the weights tomorrow! See ya then!
