Good morning ladies,

Thanks for all the Anniversary wishes, you guys are the best! DH and I had an awesome day yesterday, we couldn't go anywhere (we are snowed in, we got like 12') still had fun:D DH cooked for me, it was so delishes!

Yesterday I went to our PX (store on base) to buy an Anniversary card, they only had like 2 on the self:( didn't really liked any! So I was shopping for other stuff, I ran into an old friend. I told her I wanted to buy a card, she told me to make one:eek: I am not good at crafts, so she gave me some ideas. I ended up spending $50 on material rather than spending $5 on already made card:eek::p I went a little crazy on Martha Stewart flower stickers and I bought a stamps/pad, stamp ink in gold, vintage card pack (50 cards, they are so pretty), clue you name it, I got it all:eek: From now on I will make my own cards, yeah I spend a lot of money at first, but it will last me for awhile! The first 2 cards I messed up, I never used a stamp before:confused: I got it all figured out now:p I had fun making it too! Oh, Dh couldn't believe I made it;) He loved it!

Do you guys do your own cards? If so where do you buy the supply? I need more ideas on making cards.

Not sure, what is on my rotation for today? I do know, I have to work a little harder today, eating was bad yesterday! I also will post my workout from yesterday and will be back to catch up on personals.

I am done with Insanity " Cardio Power Resistence" 40 min. Tough workout, I may say:confused: That guy is nuts:p I also did the abs from STS Total Body, OMG! That's all I can say. I will switch my workouts around a little, today was suppose to be a leg day, DH has an MRI appt this afternoon, there is no way I get to the gym today. I also need to go German grocery store and the one on base! I will do shoulder tonight when I get back. Atl least I got something done today. Oh, and the scale wasn't so nice this morning:p All this bad food I had yesterday. I need to buckle up again, I got my game face on:D I know, it's probably only water weight, but still....

I will be back to report my workouts!

OH BELINDA! LOL! Too funny on the card supplies! You should have fun with this! I used to make my own from drawings or paintings the kids made. I would cut out pieces and make like a collage and add gold or silver drawings on top. A little different but fun to do with the kids. ;)

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Sorry I missed it! Glad you enjoyed it and DH made you a great meal. :) Love it when my DH cooks for me too. Although sometimes it isn't too good for my diet. HAHA! Oh well.....;)

No workouts to report since Sunday. :( Just too darn stressed and piles of work to do.

Was planning on a run and upper this morning but the electrician showed up just as I was headed down the cellar. Grrr wish they would at least call to say they were coming first!

Anyway I hope to get something in today just not sure what and when.

wow it sounds like you are both so busy busy. Hopefully the stress calms down for you Heidi, and i'm so glad you had a great anniversary Belinda! The dinner and card making sounds like so much fun.:) no advice about making cards or stamping. I used to be pretty good at drawing and painting though. so i guess i maybe would be good at making cards. Although, i'm sure you don't have to be good at drawing. i know there's tons of stencils, stamps and such.

Sun-Jumping rope before bed and my weigh in, which was good :) a 2 pound loss since last week, then down another 2 when i woke up. which put me at 180, i'm still there so apparently my scale isn't broken lol. more about that later.

mon-not much, some jumping on trampoline and jacks with the kids.
tue- caught up on sleep, some squats watching tv at night
wed-morning-lots of energy rushing around the house trying to clean up, then my energy crashed lol.about 15 min. jumping in the afternoon and some wall sitting that night, a few deadlifts with 50Lb barbell.

i wanted to do more last night, but my back is feeling uncomfortable lately. i need to 'pop' my upper back, but i seem to need to do that all the time now. last few days i mean. slept on it wrong or something i guess.

Thursday-today- about 40 times walking forward uphill. no backwards this time. i think i need to exercise in the cold more often. I was reading about how you burn slightly more cals because your body is fighting to stay warm, or same for when it's hot. As we get thinner, it's harder to lose the weight, but we have less 'insulation' so it's easier for us to be cold :D maybe genious :)

ok some ramblings about my body changing.
i'm officially just 'over weight' on the bmi chart. around a 30 bmi. 180. i started working on the wii at....maybe 34 bmi. haven't looked at it in a long time. 230 pounds. so now that means i've lost 50. It feels like i can keep doing this a looong time, and it also feels like there's more fat than before. that sounds weird, but my belly at it's narrowest is around 32, (i think i started at 37 or 38), so now in comparison my hips area seems huge. but i measured, i'm still same in the hips,thighs,and calves as last time i posted. it's just the waist that's changed. but i was an hourglass shape before i got fat, so this all makes sense. I just wish i could tell my body, enough already! I've lost enough in the belly area, let's take some inches off the legs! but EVENTUALLY that super glue has to come off. If i have to pry it off with pliers and a spin bike lol.
also, the jeans that i had to wear spanx to wear to Thanksgiving dinner, now fit without special help. now i just have to get rid of the muffintop ;)
 
Hi Kristina! Your getting there! Keep up the cardio and workouts outside. HAHA! Love your comment about the cold. ;) My DD is always saying this too. ;)

Just finished my workout! YEAH! I got it done at last!

STS Total Body Upper only pre-mix OH NOW THAT IS A BURNER!
Hmmm can't find the workout in the WM list???? any clues as to where it is to enter it on my calendar???
TB stretch #1 Ahh felt so good. :)

Heidi - I had fun making my own card, it didn't take a lot of time either. Thanks for the Anniversary wishes! Sorry, to hear about the stress ((HUGS)) I hope things will slow down for you soon. Yeah, on that workout! WTG, Heidi! I don't think they added the premixes in the WM yet , I saw a post on this this morning. I will post the link if I can find it again!

Sherry - aww...how cute! Glad you and the kids enjoyed the stability ball abs. I will google the Chrismas store, thanks!

Allee - glad you enjoy iTreads, love those workouts! WTG, on iTread 1 yesterday.

Kristina - good job, keeping up with your workouts. Make sure you get a good stretch in for your back. Take it easy, ok! Kristina, my legs took a long time to slim down. The only thing that helped and changed my legs was very heavy lifting and running! Good luck and hang in there!
