Yesterday turned into a rest day for me. I had to work anyway. My legs and upper were fried from that MIS workout!
Today I did my cardio:
icycle #13 45min: 10.38miles 317.5cals.
itread #3 20min: 1.38miles 163cals (walker)

I am up to 38ounces down already and another 50 to go. My challenge is to drink at least 88ounces of water a day. These meds I am on make me really dehydrated!
