I ended up doing CTX KB + BC cardio only! I didn't get my HR up today:eek: I only burned 295 cal.! Oh, well!:rolleyes: it is so hot here in Germany. If I feel up to it later, maybe I add more cardio???? Not sure, in that heat!

Off to enjoy the day! BBL!
 
Morning Belinda...great workout this morning! Its hot here too,in the 90's. How is the new language going?

Im up early today, getting my son ready for his first day of pre-k. I couldn't really sleep last night worrying about him:confused:. Im sure once he gets there, everything will be ok:)

Ive got some serious damage control to do today, my diet this week has been terrible and i feel terrible about it:(. Ive GOT to snap out of it...starting today. I will log my food this morring and get in a Kicka$$ workout with legs, thinking about doing my own for about 30mins. Then doing something on the treadmill. I need to burn some serious cals.

Oh boy, is all I have to say this morning. My legs were already in pain last night from GS Legs and today isn't much better! Thankfully today is a rest day. I got up and did some yoga. (Ali MacGraw - Mind and Body?? Love this workout, I've missed it!) I can't believe how inflexible I have become though! My sun salutations were pathetic getting started. By the end of the workout though I had a little more flexibility. I need to keep up with fitting in yoga on a weekly basis.

Is it Friday yet? sigh.

Yesterday turned into a rest day for me. I had to work anyway. My legs and upper were fried from that MIS workout!

Today I did my cardio:
icycle #13 45min: 10.38miles 317.5cals.
itread #3 20min: 1.38miles 163cals (walker)

Amelia: Go get those calories burned! ;) Have a great workout!
Oh Thinking of you on your kids first days of school! I remember it well how nervous I was to let them go.

Karen: That GS legs is really sneaky! Great job!

Belinda: Nice job on the kickboxing workout and getting it done even though that bed is calling your name. ;) Keep up with your water today!

Which reminds me....where did I leave my water bottle? ;) I am up to 38ounces down already and another 50 to go. My challenge is to drink at least 88ounces of water a day. These meds I am on make me really dehydrated!
