Hi everyone.
No workout today. I'm just too exhausted after pushing myself this weekend, so I gave myself the day off. I'm still real happy about upping the weights for upper body and my elbow isn't bothering me at all. So tomorrow's workout will be today's LBWO.
We don't watch a lot of TV because we're always on the go, 'specially with the kids. However, last week, DD spent the night at her BFF's, and they got her hooked on The Biggest Loser. Several of the episodes from this season are "on demand" so last week dd watched them. Anyway, we went to the library, picked up a couple of the books, and got ideas for many yummy recipes (kids thought some sounded goo, too). Can't wait to start making them.
Belinda - I'm sure you still just fine with the weights. I using the basics for a BFL type rotation - the Pyramids for weights and Hiit for cardio plus a little running thrown in.
Amelia - YOU'LL DO GREAT! Just go for it during the interview so it's your decision, not theirs. And if you do decide to take it, it's not forever. Just as long as you need it - a few months or a few years.
Karen - I wish I had one of those stands, too. Someday. Is something bothering you that you aren't sleeping well? I do like your "ramblings" on you blog. And I, too, like to shop alone. Even grocery shopping with DH can drive me nuts.
