Still can't decide which rotations I will do today?:confused: They both awesome rotations! Well I have to decide soon!

I am done with M2 D 13 Chest/Shoulder + Triceps. Had a hard time getting those weights up today, not sure why?:confused: I decided to play a little more with STS:p I am doing STS/GS legs rotation. Next month I will be in the states, I can't do any heavy lifting, I will be doing circut wo plus running

Today is first a dog walk then some step~suppose to do 60minutes of it but will see how far i get...

Back to work - yuck! I wish the weekends were a few days longer! :rolleyes:

Today I did W2/M2 Chest and Back. I had a hard time getting my barbell up for those presses since I don't have one of those stands. Oh well - I got it done and am glad I got up when I did. I was having some weird dreams last night and then woke up around 3AM and I swear I heard something in the house. Unfortunately my dog didn't seem to notice so maybe it was all in my head? Either way, I was paranoid after that and had some in and out sleep the rest of the night and almost slept in when the alarm went off. I feel like I say that every day - I'm sounding like a broken record. blah blah blah!

Belinda - Have you ever tried Cathe's Undalating rotation using STS? That is a tough one too - but I really liked it! After seeing FF's new rotation now I am on the fence about what to do in May....grrr...

Amelia - Enjoy the walk with your dogs and your step workout!

Ive got some 'kinda' good news girls! I have a job interview tomorrow and its for a full time position!! :eek: Im really unsure on how to feel about this..i really only wanted to work part time somewhere:confused: The position is from m-f, 8-5 and i would be a dispatch for a heating and air company(easy right?)

DH leaves the house for his job around 5:20,so that gives me time to get home. There are a couple things bother me 1) I would have to find someone to sit with the kids on Thursdays & Fridays until DH woke up around 2ish. I'm just not sure about that,2) i haven't worked full time is 11 yrs...can i handle it? and
Im having mixed emotions...but we could really use the extra money:cool:

what do you guys think? Please give me your opinions...im i being a big baby right now?:eek:

oh and I did manage to get my workout in this morning:p
 
Amelia - I say go for it. For right now its just a interview - so you can feel it out and then make your decision. Also, the extra cash would be nice. However, if they offer you the job and you take it no one ever said you had to stay there if its just not working out for you. You could always just work there until a part-time job sprang up too. :) You CAN handle this! I've seen the workouts that you do!

thank you Karen...i was kinda freaking out this morning when i got the call for the interview, but i think deep down inside i know everything will be ok. BTW, i like your blog..i tried to post a comment but i have to have an account first. I may start a blog myself, i started another 90 day challenge for myself saturday morning(after over dosing on pizza friday night:confused:). Im trying to lose atleast 20lbs in that time...hopefully i will be satisfied at that weight..will see:rolleyes:
 
Amelia - YOu amaze me. You are so focused and determined. I tend to be that way for a few days and then it all goes down hill. I am trying though....sigh.

Thanks for letting me know about the blog thing - I think I may need to change the settings so you don't need an account... heading over now..
 
Hi everyone.

No workout today. I'm just too exhausted after pushing myself this weekend, so I gave myself the day off. I'm still real happy about upping the weights for upper body and my elbow isn't bothering me at all. So tomorrow's workout will be today's LBWO.

We don't watch a lot of TV because we're always on the go, 'specially with the kids. However, last week, DD spent the night at her BFF's, and they got her hooked on The Biggest Loser. Several of the episodes from this season are "on demand" so last week dd watched them. Anyway, we went to the library, picked up a couple of the books, and got ideas for many yummy recipes (kids thought some sounded goo, too). Can't wait to start making them.


Belinda - I'm sure you still just fine with the weights. I using the basics for a BFL type rotation - the Pyramids for weights and Hiit for cardio plus a little running thrown in.

Amelia - YOU'LL DO GREAT! Just go for it during the interview so it's your decision, not theirs. And if you do decide to take it, it's not forever. Just as long as you need it - a few months or a few years.

Karen - I wish I had one of those stands, too. Someday. Is something bothering you that you aren't sleeping well? I do like your "ramblings" on you blog. And I, too, like to shop alone. Even grocery shopping with DH can drive me nuts.
