Today is a makeup day. Ive got Arms & shoulders + abb ripper then some yoga to do. Im not really sure how much of either i will do:confused:

Ugh,my eating has been a disater the last couple of days. so frustrating...im not sure why i can't get my sh*t together and lose weight....this is going on what?, 3yrs now that ive been complaining about not losing:rolleyes:. Its my fault...maybe i should wire my mouth shut:p

In my defense TOM is going to start any day now:rolleyes:

Workout done. Gym Style Back, Shoulders, and Biceps. I am still sore from the other UB work from the other day. yikes!

Just finished dinner. Now its off to take the dog for a walk and then off to school tonight.
