Hi and good morning,
I am up early, can't sleep I have no workout to report from yesterday. I was sick through my stomach all day long.Today we have the tile guy come, I am glad when this is all over.

Amelia, it’s not about DD keeping up with the house. My concern is her BF’s family. They always have family stay with them over the weekend. Will they respect my stuff the way I do? I leave all the stainless steel appliance in the house. I am afraid the bills are going up?

Heidi, my DD is dating this boy for 3 years. My son is excited for the boy to move in. Yah, they all get along, once in awhile the boy (29) and DD getting into stupid fights. Thanks for your kind words, Heidi!
I hope to get a short workout in today, I need it!

Belinda - glad you are back. I'll need to catch up from the posts over the weekend. Sounds like things are coming along with the house, though maybe not all to your liking.

Allee - Hope third time is a charm for you. Cathe's choreography is more complex than others, but I think that's what makes it more fun - keeps the head in the game.

Amelia - Enjoy your rest day! Moving around furniture is always an experience.

Yesterday was my rest day. Today was the first day that I didn't wake up completely stiff and aching (good aching, though). Also slept in, so no workout yet. I'll get there. Kids are off school today, so we're just taking it all slow.

Just finished part one of my workout. PUB upper, Abs from PS and stretch. I am going to hopefully get a run in later this afternoon after work.

Hey Belinda: That is great news on the kids. Glad that they at least get along. ;)

Amelia: Have fun changing the living room. I change my every couple of months. I order low impact, low max and butts and gutts. My next order will be cardio and weights and some more step workout. Not sure yet.

My biceps and shoulders are feeling it the most right now. ;)

I will wait to see if DH would like to go for a run with me outside later. Depends upon how tired he is after work. He didn't sleep very well last night either.....
