Do what intensity video first?

I just got the confirmation that my VHS intensity series videos should be here tomorrow :-jumpy

Now the question for you pros...... what one should I do first? I probably won't be able to do one until Thursday morning and will be do for either a good cardio only or a combo weights/cardio! I want to do one that will literally kick my booty!

Any recommendations? I am soooooooooooo excited :-jumpy

p.s. Yes, I did order the DVDs too. Just couldn't wait any longer!

I got the Boot Camp and Imax2 to hold me till my DVDs get here. I've done both and Imax is tough. If you want straight out cardio, that's the one. The intervals are killer, some more than others. I like the way Cathe has changed them to be more than one move done over and over. Watch out for the last 2 intervals. 9 is tough but 10 kicks butt too.
Boot Camp is tough too. I need to learn that one more to see what's coming next and some moves I'm unfamiliar with so I need more practice.

I've only done 2 so far (IMAX2 and Cardio & Weights) and love them both, but if you're looking for pure cardio, go for IMAX2. C&W you will LOVE - it's so fun you'll be smiling through the entire tape. I've done it twice and it keeps getting better. Just absolutely love it. Did I say I love it?

Tomorrow is Muscle Endurance, can't wait!
 
I've done thm all except Muscle Endurance. In fact I'm doing IMAX2 again today. What are you in the mood for? Do you want any weights included in your first workout? Or none? Since your screen name suggests that you love cardio;-), I would say do IMAX2 first:)!

I did IMAX2 first and boy was she a toughie! I've done them all and love them all!! BootCamp has been the one that's left me the most sore afterwards however. I don't know what it is about this tape but it is hard! Yet, I can't wait to do it again today! :D Susan
 
Cardio & Weights, CArdio & Weights, Cardio & WEights!!!!

Did I mention Cardio & Weights. We are talking MAJOR FUN FACTOR!!!!!!
