Which videos are you talking about? I guess all of them would say that b/c each one is for a specific reason.And she as so many that you can really mix it up.
Imax's you can't do those everyday b/c you are only suppose to do interval training 1-2 x a week. Kickboxing really conditions the body all over so you would only need to do that one 2 x a week to let the body rest.And weight workout, your body needs rest in between those as well.
I don't think the workout is saying you HAVE to do it 1-2 x a week, its saying, don't do it no more then 1-2 x a week.You have to mix things up.If you do the same workout over and over again, you could put some strain on certain muscles and joints, plus you probably wouldn't see the benefits that you want to see.The body gets use to a certain workout.

just a suggestion for using the video. some of my weight training videos say the same thing but i only do what i think i might need to reach my goal. so you can use this video for once or twice a week then add a different video on that second or third day. just make sure with interval max or weights you don't do them two days in a row. body needs time to rest from one activity so vary it up everyday.
