Do I need Pure Strength Series ?

Hi all - Newbie here.
I am focusing on muscle strength and definition.
I have S&H, GS, PUB/PLB = Intesity Series, PH, CM, and SM.
Would I also benefit from PS? I noted it's an older series.
PS or KPC? Thanks and God Bless.

I have pretty much all of Cathe's workouts (except for the beginner/intermediate ones) and I have to say that I love Pure Strength. In fact, PS was the first series I got on DVD when I started replacing my VHS collection with DVDs. Yes the production of Cathe's workouts has improved a lot since then, but if you can ignore the haircuts, etc. then it is a great workout. I actually ended an 8 week rotation of PS a couple of weeks ago. My favorite thing about PS is that I can do the workouts twice a week and I can add cardio with CST and BBA because they're fairly short compared to other Strength series Cathe has done.
