do any of you do pilates?

What I like to know is how do you fit pilate into your w/o? In other words can I do pilates on carido day and next day do weight training?:7
 
I don't like pilates. I'd much rather do yoga. But yeah, if I WAS going to do it...I would do it on a cardio day, if I had the time.
 
I really don't care much for it either but when i was doing it on a regular base. I did see a differnt in my posture and core ( and I can't still do a roll up). Since I just a beginner to Cathe w/os I thought I contiune until I am able to do Cathe rotations.:-(

I enjoy pilates and unless you are doing a marathon session it fits with either cardio or wt days. Some I have are more leg focused than Core so I just look at what my objective is and select accordingly.
Ellen Barrett has one that is a Yoga Pliates Mix that is really a nice combination. Collage has it.
 
I want to start adding pilates. I am going to do a 2 day upper body split and add on pilates after each of those. Melissa
 
Thank you Traci I think I might just have to pull out the credit card. Heck there no might I am . I really love your suggestion it like you were reading my mind. I'm excited!!!:D
 
I really like pilates on light days. I tried yoga but just didn't have the patience for it so I figured pilates would be a reasonable substitute. MTV Mix is my favorite--it's a good total body workout that focuses on the core. Plus it's fun! :)
