Hi Cathe,
I usually decide which workout to do right before doing it. Depending on my mood and energy level that day, my main consideration is getting at least 4-5 cardio days per week and 2-3 strength days. Sometimes I'll do circuit or kickboxing to add variety.
sometimes I schedule my workouts in advance but oftentimes, I change my mind and end up doing what I feel like doing instead of what I've scheduled.
Do particular rotations matter or can I create my own? Is there a particular reason why rotations are listed/scheduled the way they are like, some scientific reason that certain exercises should be in certain orders or is it just to give us some suggestions?
thanks Cathe, you rock!
