Disc 4 - Meso 1 - Week 2 - Chest, Shoulders and Biceps

On Disc 4 - Meso 1 - Week 2 - Chest, Shoulders and Biceps,
there are 3 exercises that do not appear in the pull down menu for 1RM Testing:
1 - Seated Rear Flys into Band Pulls
2 - Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms (dumbbell)
3 - Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High Ends (dumbbell)
 
These exercises should not show in the 1RM calculator as they either are a superset or use a rep pattern.
 
On Disc 4 - Meso 1 - Week 2 - Chest, Shoulders and Biceps,
there are 3 exercises that do not appear in the pull down menu for 1RM Testing:
1 - Seated Rear Flys into Band Pulls
2 - Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms (dumbbell)
3 - Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High Ends (dumbbell)

Because there isnt any 1RM Test per se' for these I selected my weights by using the 1RM # (and correct %) for the first exercise...
1 - Seated Rear Flys into Band Pulls
there IS a 1RM test for Seated Rear Flys - I used that #
2 - Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms (dumbbell)
I used either my alternating curls or curls #
3 - Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High Ends (dumbbell)
I used the seated lat raise #s... I had to go lighter tho because this is a harder version for me.
