Disc 19?


On Disc 19 there is an exercise #659 - Prone Incline Rear Fly's w/Dumbbell. I can't find that anywhere on the One Rep Max Chart. Disc 8 has exercise #162 - Straight Arm Flys Prone on Incline Bench. Are these the same exercises? I watched both on the DVD's and can't tell any difference. If there is no difference than I'll just enter my wgts & reps for exercise #162 under #659. Anyone else notice this?

I'm done with all my 1RM's except the above and legs (which I'll do this weekend). YEAH!! I'm starting STS on Monday.
