Disappointed by SNM
It's the first time that I'm disappointed with my order or SNM. First of all I think it was my mistake because I wasn't reading the High Step presale page correctly! I didn't see on the page "only shipping in U.S. & Canada". But I live in Germany! I placed my order on Aug. 24th, when the Pre-Order was starting and SNM gets $29.99 from (by?) my credit card. I ordered the High Step knowing that I have to wait. I've been doing well holding out waiting but yesterday I sent an email to SNM about the delivery. They told me that currently they're only shipping High Steps in the USA and Canada nothing about the money I've just paid. I'm very disappointed because: No Step and $29.99 lost. What can I do? x(
 
Please email them again w/all of your order information explaining again that you wish to have a credit on your credit card. I'm sure this was just an oversight b/c they're inundated with getting the DVDs out. Kathy
 
They will make it good if they actually charged you. Contact them again - I'm sure it's an oversight.
