Dips off of bench with legs elevated

I have been doing your May rotation. It is great.

However, could you please clarify what you mean by "Dips off of bench with legs elevated" when working chest. Somebody suggested doing something similar to a triceps dip with the step and mini-step. I personally did more push-ups with my legs elevated on a step.

Hi Rhonda! What I mean is to do a dip off the edge of a bench while your legs are up on, let's say, a coffee table. It is the same dip that you do on Tricep day but because you also recruit chest muscles when doing a dip I also am including them on chest day. If you have access to a standing dip unit, I would do them on that for one of the dip days for variety.
