Difficulty Level of Hardcore

I'm as anxious as everyone to recieve your new series, as excited as I am, I'm also wondering just how difficult it is? Would very experienced exercisers have a lot of trouble with this, I mean people who have been working out for some years? I know that sounds vague, but I don't exactly know how to phrase the question? Can you give me some guidelines of what type of exerciser you had in mind when you developed it?
 
Hi Mic!

If you have worked out for years and are familiar with my style, you will catch on right away. The cardio tough ones in Hardcore are Imax 3, High Step Challenge, Kick Max, and Low Max. The strength training and core workouts are tough as far as weight selection being sure to really push yourself.

But Stretch Max is not tough......its all about relaxing and elongating :)
