After years of doing other videos (mostly K. Smith), I upped the intensity by adding Cathe's videos as well as some Karen Voight & Gin Miller and I am seeing some great results (I love the Pure Strength videos!) I also have the MIC and Interval Max videos but I have to admit that I am having a difficult time with the step choreography in these videos (esp. Int.Max) In MIC I get through the Hi/Lo section and then become a total klutz on the step section (I'm a danger to myself. Are there Cathe videos with simpler (but intense) step segments? Do some of the earlier videos teach some of the combinations in a more gradual way. I would love some good advice here.
