difficult choreography

After years of doing other videos (mostly K. Smith), I upped the intensity by adding Cathe's videos as well as some Karen Voight & Gin Miller and I am seeing some great results (I love the Pure Strength videos!) I also have the MIC and Interval Max videos but I have to admit that I am having a difficult time with the step choreography in these videos (esp. Int.Max) In MIC I get through the Hi/Lo section and then become a total klutz on the step section (I'm a danger to myself:). Are there Cathe videos with simpler (but intense) step segments? Do some of the earlier videos teach some of the combinations in a more gradual way. I would love some good advice here.
Thanks - Brigid

Hi Brigid!

So happy to hear that you are enjoying your new workouts as well as your new results.

I would recommend "How To Get In Shape For Your Wedding"(even though the title may not apply to you). I did a 45 minute step aerobic workout that repeats the movements a little more. While the moves are more basic, the intensity level is still advanced. There is also a 45 minute, light weight, total body sculpting workout on this tape(perfect for a light day). Good Luck!

Thanks Cathe!

Thanks for the tip - I will definitely try that video. You're right - the title does not apply to me, I've been married 14 years. However - because of working out I'm actually 10 pounds lighter and in better shape than when I did get married!

Hi Brigid!

One of my very 1st. Cathe tapes was How To Get In Shape For Your Wedding & I Love that tape. I have been married for almost 28 years too!

I like the combination of Step & Strength, plus I found it one of the easier ones to catch on. ENJOY!!! DebbieH
