Cathe, congratulations and thanks for making more weight training videos. They really are the best and most intense. I just read the popular "Body for Life" book and it seems interesting. In the book it prescrbes doing three 20-minute high intensity cardio routines alternating with three intense weight training routine: On week one , it is two for lower body and one for upper body. The next week two for upper body and one for lower body. There's hardly any stretching. I would like to know how Slow and Heavy differs from the PS series and can it be adapted to this kind of program.
