I am now at a stage where I want more strength training and not aerobic/step workouts. Can you tell me the difference between your slow and heavy series and the pure strength tapes. I would really like to firm and tighten up my abds so I am interested in the best tapes for that as well. Also congradulations on the new addition to your family. Having 2 children in the beginning can be a challenge (I have a 5 1/2 yr old and a 2 yr old--both girls) but as the younger gets older it is a pleasure to see them play (and argue!). Thanx for any advice
