diet?

I was just wondering what kind of diet everyone follows. I know a lot of you "eat clean" but i was wondering what other diets you all are following and if you are getting good results.

I don't "diet" per se, but I am a vegan (a lifestyle choice an not a diet), avoid processed foods, and eat primarily whole foods, and avoid things that are not really "food" IMO (pop/soda, foods with artificial flavors and colors, candy, anything with chemical ingredients).
 
I've done Body For Life for several years with lots of success. In fact, I just had my body composition done and I was incredibly pleased with the numbers.

Yep, Cathe and Body For Life have been my saving grace.
 
Atkins for me--I lost about 30 lbs in 8 weeks & have kept it off for 2 1/2 years. I've found it to be the easiest diet to follow b/c I'm never hungry.
 
Hi Laura, I like Kathryn follow a Vegan lifestyle. When I started it 10 months ago I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks. Feel better than I have in years and found a whole new food group!!!...:)...Carole
 
I don't follow any particular diet, just try to eat healthy. Clean eating is too much work for me...lol. I probably do it sometimes but not consistently. Bottom line, I feel good!

I'm vegetarian (lifestyle and health choice for 8 years). I eat clean 95% of the time. It's not a diet, just a way of life. If you eat healthy, your weight pretty much takes care of itself. Exercise helps with the details. :)
 
I am a high carber, obsessed with complex carbs. I'm big on fiber, and light on sugar. Largely vegetarian, about 3 P.M. meals per week, I eat chicken or fish, 3 A.M. meals per week,I eat eggs or egg whites. I like butter, sour cream and cheese in small amounts, otherwise I forgo dairy. I also love vegan butter and olive oil with other types of oils consumed less frequently. I adore nuts and avacados, eat my veggies and a few fruits. I am a "green" eater. I favor organics, free range and all that jazz. Sixty percent carbs, 25, fat, 15 protein.


Edited to say, yes on good results. I am a lanky, lightweight. I lose weight rather easily lately but that's my sleep habits, not my diet or excessive exercise. Normally, I stay at the low end of my healthy weight range, have loads of energy and all the muscle, i.e., strength, I need.
