I am interested in what type diet, caloric intake, and exercise schedule you follow. I know that it is now recommended that you workout daily but what has worked for you?
 
Nothing specific

Since my schedule varies day to day so does the degree of what, when, and how I eat and exercise daily.

I vary between 4 to 6 cardio weekly. I generally like to lift one body part per day. I try to eat a balanced diet most of the time(of course I have to have some empty calories factored in there

) I don't count calories. I try to grab small healthy meals throughout the day and then have a few snacks too. Some are healthy snacks and some are sinful(those are my favorite

).
