Just started "Cinch" 10 days ago - geared to reduce inches by providing the body with enough leucine to preserve muscle. Gonna give it a solid month (till the end of September) and then share my results. This is the last thing I'm trying. I've done 'em all - BFL, BFLFW, Abs Diet, David Kirsch, Atkins, Eat to Live, BFFM, South Beach, Bob Greene - I've read 'em all and tried 'em all. It gets exhausting.
