Diet for quick weight loss

Hi everyone:

I know quick diets aren't the way to go and I've been on track and eating quite clean lately. But, I have 1-1/2 months to lose some weight and feel great about myself before we travel to a wedding in California late September. It would be nice to have lost a bit so I feel good.

Any suggestions? Slim Fast? WW? Or keep eating clean and hope for the best?

Thanks for anyone who has some advice or suggestions.

Do you keep track of your caloric intake? I'm still experimenting with my daily caloric needs, so my total cals bounce between 1400 and 1600, but the minute I start counting, I lose some extra padding.

Okay, maybe not the minute :p, but after the first week I notice a change.
 
I did Eat to Live, by Dr. Joel Fuhrman to shave off weight before my 20 year high school reunion. It's a very healthy eating plan, but very stringent. I felt great and lost 18 lbs in 6 weeks and kept it off. I plan to do it post partum.
