Since my second child I cannot drop weight. I workout for an hour to 1.5 hours a day 6 days a week. I carry my weight in my butt and thighs. Can you make a recommendation on a diet to follow. I am stuck! I eat healthy - whole grains, veggies, fruits, & meat. I find that I get severe headaches if I cut calories below 2,000.
