for the first time this morning. Can't wait to do it again so I can learn all the moves I didn't get the first time. :)
 
I did it last night. I don't understand why, after the third blast (the endless dynamic outer thighs and sculpt 15's) she says "some blasts are easier than others, it's planned that way - enjoy them when they're offered to you". Because if she thinks that blast is easy, well, then she's just plain insane!
 
I did it too, today! I used only a 6" step because am sore from yesterday (mainly upper body). So, I was moving a little slower than normal. I still burned over 850 calories! (Okay, I'm 5'10 and have 20 pounds to lose, but still!). It's a really good little workout, once you get it down. I really enjoy it - especially the last interval.


Shelly - funny - I was thinking that today when I heard that. That is NOT an easy blast. It's fun, but not easy.
 
Yeah I can't figure out what she means by that either--does it mean the blast we just did is easier, or the one coming up is easier? Trying to remember the 4th blast.........is it the one with the squats & "explosions" off the side of the step?

Neither one is easy anyway. :p
 
I think the fourth one is the one with the step slams in the step portion and then the slam-its in the blast with the outer thighs where you do an outer thigh, then straddle low, etc.?
 
I did it last night, too, and she IS insane. I know it for a fact. They all are. How can they be barely breaking a sweat and still SMILING after all that torture? I think I had a mini-heart attack last night. Too bad I didn't have that portable defibrillator from the airport, Emily!

LOL! Well, I've got a picture of said defibrillator. Is that good enough to get your heart pumping again? ;)
 
I love Low Max too. Finally, I know all the moves, but I only do it with the 6 inch step. I hope to get to 8 soon. It's quite a workout. I am drenched afterward. It's one of my favorite workouts--that and HSC, and ME. I always seem to go for those. I need to start doing Imax 3 again. I don't even remember that one!!
