Did I make the right choices?

I've been looking for some Cathe videos to compliment my Firm collection. I wanted a good step/cardio video that would challenge me and hopefully help me lose these stubborn 10 pounds. I was also looking for something that isn't too dancy.

I've never used Cathe videos before so I know that it might take me one or two tries before I get the hang of it, but I'm looking forward to the challenge. Anyway, the videos I picked are:

Interval Max
Body Max
Max. Intensity Cardio
Cardio Kicks

Do you think I picked wisely?
I'm just looking for opinions from you diehard Cathe fans!!
Thanks!

Yep

I'd say so! They are all tough, tough, tough workouts without complex choreography. Get through these and you'll be on your way to saying adios to those last 10 pounds.

Good luck!

Interval max is THE toughest workout I have ever done, or I suspect that I ever will do, and I love it. Very easy to follow step choreography, great athletic-inspired interval blasts and it will be great for your metabolism and breaking a plateau.

Bodymax is a real kick too. Half hour of intense stepping, half hour of circuit work (alternating step with leg toning with weights), half hour of upper body weight training for endurance and abwork. Super thorough and really fun.

MIC is a half hour of good old-fashioned hi/lo, which I love and wish more people went back to, and then half hour of great stepping.

Cardio Kicks is harder than an advanced Tae Bo class but it has a better warm up and cool down, more fun choreography and great music and energy.

You have chosen wisely, grasshopper! Get ready to sweat!
