Did Bootcamp Twice Today..........Still Reeling..........!!!

Hi Everyone,

Well, I am on week two of last month's rotation, and ever since I took a look at that rotation last month, I thought to myself, "Will I be able to do Bootcamp twice in a row?" Well, I did!! And what a feeling it was to know I could accomplish it!

This rotation is making me feel on top of the world---if you've got a little extra time one month, I highly recommend it.

I did the rotation last month, but did Bootcamp today. You are going to be impressed next month when you go to something different.
Everything, and I do mean everything about my workouts has gotten better. There is no other explanation but completing the August rotation.

There were days when I was tired, but I pushed through it.
There were days when 5# bells were heavy, :eek: but I didn't get down too much, because I figured there was a method to Cathe's "madness" ;-)-- so I just pressed on. The results, to me, are just incredible. I guess it was exactly what I needed. Hopefully you will enjoy more of the same!

Congratulations Melissa!

I had results like Julie's and yours. I felt on top of the world doing that rotation. And BootcampX2 was one of the hardest days! By the way, I found week 3 to be a bit easier than the first 2 weeks, so you have something to look forward to.
 
Melissa (and the others who have done it), Do you do it back to back minus the warm-up in the second go round or do you do one in the morning and one at night?

I did boot camp for the 1st time Monday,Once was enough for me.
Where do you find 2 hours ???????
One of these days I may do arotation.
I just 1 day cardio one day weights. I move it around for change.

Skye - when I did it, I did the whole thing minus the stretch the first time through, then immediately did it again omitting the warm-up and doing the stretch at the end.

It was very doable and I thorough enjoyed it and plan to make it part of my regular schedule for a jolt:)

I did it just like Shelley did, but somebody else had posted that they repeated each segment then moved on to the next.

I'm gonna try that one day; it actually sounds harder to me. Please...doing those Terminators so close together???

BTW, doing it like Shelley and I did: it was easier the second time then the first for me. Go figure!
