Did Body Fusion for the first time

Good grief - the cardio kicked my butt! The weight part was pretty easy for me, but I couldn't get through all of the last cardio section. I've been doing the Basic Step video plus other weight training videos with no problems. I didn't realize how out of shape I've become cardiovascular wise. I guess that's what sitting at a desk all day does to you!

It was a good workout.

Hi,i have problems with endurance so the last combo of all of Cathe's stuff is usually killer for me so iv'e found that if i switch the 2nd and 3rd combo ,( 1st combo,3rd combo, and then the 2nd) i can get through them without feeling so wiped out . Give it a try and see if it helps!

That 3rd combo can be a challenge, I agree, but I feel awesome when I complete it! It's so worth the effort!:)
