Did BC x 2...

WOW Pinky that's great! I am still farily new to the Cathe world but you guys are great motivation and you seem like wonderful people!

I don't have boot camp yet but I can't imagine doing any one of Cathe's videos back to back! That is amazing! Congratulations!!

Thanks Pinky, I think the double stretch is a good idea looking BC 2x, I was thinking of doing one BC stretch and then following it up with StretchMax - 3, as I think that would give the body it's much needed stretch after a workout like that. Now you have me interested on what type of calories I'll burn doing it. I can usually hit 500 easily with BC to start with. I may need to eat a bit more the day before and some high calories stuff an hour or two before attempting it.
