DH Has Been Sneaking Behind My Back...

...and doing P90x!! I found him out this morning when I couldn't find my P90x book. I thought maybe he'd put it away while tidying up or something. When I asked him if he had seen it he admitted that it was in his briefcase, because he took it to work to make some photocopies!

The subterfuge has only been going on for about a week but I am so excited that he has taken this step for his health. That and his admiration for me has grown. He did chest and back yesterday while I was out and it about ready to die today, lol.

I've turned mine into a Cathe fan. I've been preparing him with clips from STS. He's skeered

my dh will take different exercises he sees cathe do but he refuses to follow a dvd. men!

That is to funny & so great at the same time!! I would be very proud of him . Now hopefully you can wo together.

My dh made the mistake of challenging me to some core work - BIG MISTAKE BUDDY!! Mind you his wo involves 2 pieces of equipment - no make that 3 - his chair,remote & tv.
So I put in CoreMax #1, gave him my double thick Cathe mat & said "let's go!". He made it through about 1/3 of the rocket shoots, not with very good form I must say & he was crying "That hurts my stomach!" Perhaps that's because you don't use those muscles often ????? Once DS & I finished the entire wo dh says "well I meant the other one" - he wanted Stretch Max. He did do the entire SM#1.
Needless to say I won the challenge!! (Rocky theme song !! )

What excellent news. Good for him. He should stand tall and own it. Aren't you proud of him? This is a good kind of sneaking and not what I was expecting to read at all, phew!
