and I'm ready to take those desperate measures. Not stupid, mind you - just desperate. I'm at my wit's end. My weight will not budge and I'm so sick of it. I need to drop about 15 pounds, mostly on my legs and butt - we know the story. I was all ready to do the August Boot Camp rotation ion September when the kids got back to school, and then 3 days before I was to start I sprained my ankle, blah, blah, blah.
So I've been faithfully - and yes - I mean very faithfully following BFFM. Two weeks ago I started freestyling, and in that time have missed only one day. And I feel BIGGER! The weight's not budging! On the diet end I do think I'm one of those endomorphs with carbohydrate sensativity. I really believe that the problem is coming from the smoothies I've been having for my second meal. It's not bad, still comes in around 300 calories, but has too much dairy and fruit. (I think I have to be a David Kirsch follower re: these categories) In fact, here it is: .5 cup NF yogurt, .5 cup NF cottage cheese, .5 cup blackberries and blueberries (total, not each) .25 cup oatmeal, 1 packet splenda, and 1 scoop protein powder.
So welcome October. Ankle's better, and you all loved the boot camp rotation, so I'm undertaking boot camp with freestyling. Is that crazy? The diet will be modified to cut back on the dairy and fruit and monitor accordingly, but I really wanted to ask if you think it's nuts to go for that much working out. I know that some of the days are very similar to freestyling, but I need to try this. On the agenda for today: Body Max with those jacks and pushups, and freestyling. Better make sure to get those electrolytes huh? Thanks for letting me ramble.
