I bought DA's Bootcamp at Wal-Mart the other day because it was so cheap. I thought, "What the heck..."
I just finished doing part of it, but didn't finish all 3 sections because of time contraints.
It's not difficult, but the first section got my heartrate up. It had some Tae-Bo-like moves in it, so maybe that's why I liked it okay. (I love Tae-Bo!) I doubt I'll do it often, but it isn't bad to have on hand for days when I run as well.
Denise's voice doesn't bother me. But then again, neither does any other instructor's voice, or their clothes, or their music, or the set. I'm always involved in myself, keeping up, concentrating on my moves and my body... so my annoyance factor is pretty low. For me, it's all about the workout, not the instructor!
