Can you define Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced when it comes to using the DVDs and rotations? Obviously if you have never worked out or so long ago that you would start at the beginner and if you are in top shape, working out with good form and knowledgeable you would be advanced. Is the Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced levels also related to your fitness level?

These terms can mean many different things IMO.

It can refer to your overall fitness level, but also your fitness level regarding a specific thing. IE: I might be adv weight lifting but beginner step, or beginner HIIT, or intermediate Spinning but beginner weights. So, It refers to your fitness level AND your experience/ability regarding a particular type of exercise AND your exp/ability regarding particular workouts as well (step, HIIT, etc - I think you get better at workouts after you get to learn the patters/moves)
