Def.Rotation check-in

Hi Ladies,
Robin...I have gained about 7 lbs in the last year, which I know is not alot but it is when you can't fit into your jeans anymore.I would much rather try my hardest and lose those lbs instead of spending a fortune buying new jeans.Like I told Beccat,I blame picking at food my main problem.I would rather eat 2 halves of a cookie then one cookie.In my mind..I didn't really eat a full cookie.I was doing that with alot of things.And not adding them to my daily total of food intake.Im strange!x( All I want is to be comfortable in my clothes again.Thats not to much to ask is it?
I took a nap after dinner.When I got up I did 1/2 of step blast and ME.I have to say that I WAS NOT in the mood to do either one of them.Leg presses again!!!!!;( I am feeling moody.Normally exercise cheers most people up but not today.
After I ate my dinner I felt full...but I didn't really eat alot.I think the sandwich I had was salty b/c I drank 1 litre of water since and I feel very bloated.Sounds like I am going to start my period but thats not due yet.
Either way,moody or not,I got my workout done.I wish I had done more cardio but I had a good week.Maybe I will go for a 14km run tomorrow for my cardio.

Good Friday evening everyone. I just finished a paper due next week for grad school, so I am treating myself to checking out the wonderful Cathe forum and our awesome thread!


Marcia, I am so sorry that you are not feeling the best but I am proud of you for doing a workout when you didn't feel like it! Give yourself a pat on the back from me! I totally know what you mean about justifying the whole cookie thing...two halves of a cookie don't make a whole cookie...do they???;) I do that ALL the time, like we wrote about earlier. I have improved this week, but there is still room for much more improvement. We can do it! :)

I think this rotation will really help you get the seven pounds off, especially combined with ww eating. You are down a 1/2 pound already. It may be too cold for a 14 km run tomorrow. Good luck if you are brave enough to face the cold! Bundle up!

Good AM! I just did my ME workout. As I was in the middle of it, my husband asked e if I wanted an early birthday present. He got me the high step from Cathe's website! I was so excited. I was able to use it for the rest of the workout. He totally surprised me because I hadn't even asked for it. I was so excited I had to share. Now I have no more excuses for skipping the leg presses! I hope you all have a great weekend!
 
Happy B-Day!!!!!:) What a nice surprise.I would diffently have to tell my hubby to buy that for me.He wouldn't go buy it himself.I use a little chair for my leg presses and I am waiting for it to collape any day.I know its not the safest thing but it gets the job done:) Beleive it or not, I kinda like leg presses.Anything is better then static lunges.
I am not going to the cabin now.Which was kind of a releif.It doesn't take much to undo all of the healthy eating we have done all week.Funny how that works hey?;( It takes one week to lose one pound but two days to gain one.
I went to work early today and then I went to the mall for a bit.When I got home I had a little snooze.I think I am going to work out in a little while.I am not sore from yesterdays workout so I may tackle supersets.I am not sure what cardio I am going to do.It is getting to dark here to go for a run but it isn't very cold out.
We got a little bit of snow last week and now I am in the mood for christmas shopping...but I really don't have any money for it right now.
Anyway,I hope everyone is having a good weekend and I guess we will start a new trend tomorrow!

Good Evening ladies,
I am on cardio burnout! I just did K,P&C after much convincing.Of course I didn't complete the whole thing.And then I did Supersets and stopped after the thrid round.
I think I am going to take tomorrow off.I also think that we should all pat ourselves on the back for a job well done this week.
I am so happy that I am finally following a rotation and I can honestly say that it b/c of the motivation I get from you gals.

Lori...Great job on your workout! I too have gotten so much motivation and inspiration from you gals on this thread. We owe it all to you...Thank you for posting and starting this thread!:)

I am glad you are taking tomorrow off...our bodies need the rest day after this intense week, especially since we have another great workout week ahead. Are you going to be following Cathe's rotation this week, or will you substitute your new BB workouts? (Lucky you that you have them....I am waiting for the DVD's;( )

You have really added a lot of cardio to this week as well, so you have burned a LOT of calories/fat. Did you ever get Christmas shopping this afternoon? I am someone who get s really psyched for Christmas early on as well! I've already got my Christmas CD's playing in my car. Did the snow stick around up where you are? In MN it is all gone. :)

Have a great weekend and we'll check in tomorrow! My parents just called and want to take us out to Red Lobster tomorrow...I hope I don't blow the eating. I like my fish broiled, which will be low points, but I always seem to eat more at a restauraunt!

Well Ladies, I finished week 2 with a great work out - Cardio Kicks and Abs from Step Heat (I had forgotten what a short but intense ab routine it is!)...IMO, you guys are in for a fun and intense week.

Tomorrow, inforced rest (which is good because I have trouble taking rest days...) because I will go into rehearsal for my new play all day (I'm an actress).

Looking forward to starting week 3, but I'm really chomping at the bit for those BB DVDs - hope they come soon!

P.S. Lori, I find that chewing gum or brushing my teeth alot helps me when I get those uncontrolable nibbles...
