I got up and did the step portion of MIC. Now I am trying to get myself motivated to do the HI/LO portion. Part of me wants to put it off until this afternoon, but I know I will feel better if I do it now! I also need to work on writing down everything I eat, because little nibbles here and there sneak up on me real fast.
Good job everyone with your workouts and eating. Down .6 is GREAT Marcia. Much better than gaining.
