Hi Gang,
I just wanted to post that I tried doing very deep lunges last week during PH L&A and also today and I can feel a huge difference in how it works my glutes and hamstrings. I'm talking about lunges so deep that my back knee grazed the floor. It really got my heartrate up high! This deep lunge technique made me very sore (a good sore). This also made my current barbell weight much more challenging (48 lbs) on the lunges. I was still able to keep my front leg at 90 degrees, so no chance of injury there. I recommend trying it.
Also, I found Marika sports wear at TJ Maxx yesterday. Cathe has used Marika in some of her past videos. I bought a light blue top (stitched-in sports bra not included) with a black stripe down the side and a pair of black workout pants with a white stripe down the side, like the ones Cathe wears in Circuit Max (sans the stripe). All for $32. They also had a bunch of Nike stuff!
