Which cardio activity have you guys found that help the most in decreasing belly fat? I know it all comes off from all over the body but which activity have you guys found really helps? Other than making sure that you watch your diet.
I think a lot of high intensity cardio, and mixing it up to keep things fresh...but absolutely it goes hand in hand with a rather clean diet and good core work.
I find that circuit workouts (like BC) lean me out faster than intervals or steady state cardio, but only because I hardly ever do them and so my body has to work harder when I do.
