I have two 2 tapes. the terminator and piramid low and upper. but i dont know if i should buy the leg & glutes. or should i just stay with the ones that i have for know. because i really dont want to buy this tape and maybe it has the same workout as the piramid.

The Legs and Glutes workout is quite different from PLB. There is a wide variety of moves, including some plyometric moves and floor work.
 
Dominican: WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, never ask us on this forum if you should purchase another Cathe video, we will help you spend your money very well.:7 Seriously though, every Cathe workout offers something a little different. I don't think you will regret any Cathe purchase.
 
L&G is really cool. There are some moves that aren't done in any of the other workouts. I like this one a lot!
 
Legs and Glutes is an excellent workout and a great change of pace from other leg workouts. It gives you a nice variety of exercises with some using weights and some not.

I recommend getting L&G too. It is a nice change because you do not have to use a loaded barbell for it, just the bar for balance. Makes a nice change;-)
