December 2024 rotation

Happy December, Everyone! The holiday season is upon us and with that comes a list of many “to dos” that can throw us off our mark. Whether it be shopping, preparations, gathering time with family, or holiday parties with friends, it can all make us a bit more stressed and bit less ambitious. Just remember that all the festivities are important for our own happiness and self-care, and we should allow ourselves the time (and calories… wink) to enjoy the season to its fullest. So, this month we will combat the hectic season with some mixed weight training routines to keep our muscles pumped, along with a touch of HiiT cardio to burn some extra calories along the way! Work hard and have fun!

Still waiting for access to Cathe Live--well over a week now and patience wearing thin. SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET THIS RESOLVED...I think all the Firestick users have been patient enough.
I am sorry if I seem rude but my workouts are a DAILY PART OF MY EVERYDAY LIFE AND I NEED THEM TO REMAIN STRONG

Sorry to read this hasn't been addressed yet. Maybe another email to customer service is in order. By now they've probably finished packaging and mailing LM&R so may be going through a backlog of emails. If you don't immediately get a CS receipt, it didn't go through.
 
I'm trying this rotation but am a day behind, so depending on how I'm feeling (after a nasty flu bug), I may omit the cardio for Sunday. I've never been one to stick with rotations, however, for some reason, I've enjoyed completing 3 other Cathe rotations. But then, I never liked kickboxing until I tried Rev'd Up Rumble. Now I have all of Cathe's kickboxing workouts! Anyway, I'm already enjoying this month's rotation & fully expect to complete it too!
