Happy December, Everyone! The holiday season is upon us and with that comes a list of many “to dos” that can throw us off our mark. Whether it be shopping, preparations, gathering time with family, or holiday parties with friends, it can all make us a bit more stressed and bit less ambitious. Just remember that all the festivities are important for our own happiness and self-care, and we should allow ourselves the time (and calories… wink) to enjoy the season to its fullest.
