Hi, all, I'm looking for some advice about the December 2003 Body Blast rotation. I purchased the series fairly recently and have been using it in conjunction with running. I'd like to do the rotation posted for last December, but I'm not able to do each tape all the way through without modifications. I'm an intermediate exerciser fighting my way back to advanced. So, my question is, should I do the first week's rotation over and over again until I can do all of the tapes without modification, or just follow the rotation and modify as needed? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
