Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, Dec 15th at 9:15am EST we will be doing "Chiseled Legs and Abs" live. While the temperatures may be dropping outside, we will be sopping inside. Get ready to heat it up with this intense legs, glutes and abs workout.

Equipment Needed:

Various weighted dumbbells ( 10's, 12's, 15's)

A paper plate or suitable gliding device

Firewalker loop

Stability ball

Fitness mat
 
As suspected, this is a new Live leg favorite. I was shaking on those 15lb weighted side slide lunges, working my lungs and glutes on those firewalker jacks, and sealing the deal with diagonal weighted lunges. Great variety, thank you!
 
Yowza! I did this one this morning so I could be all caught up with the Cathe Live before the new workouts come-I loved this one so much! The firewalker segment fried my buns as well as the ball work and I thought the abs were super tough-which I Love!!! Thanks Cathe for another hit out of the ball park!!!
