Dec. 4th Workout Marathon

sounds like not many of us are going to be able to move at all on Monday!!! :+

I will do it on Saturday since Sundays are church and family day. I will probably still not be able to move on Monday, though.

I'm going to be in Las Vegas on the 4th, and in no shape to workout!!
