Equipment Needed:

A barbell with a small, medium and big plate on each side... (approx 45 pounds total including the barbell)

Various weighted hand weights

A full sized step with three risers under each side ( to be used as a weight bench only)

That was great! My triceps were definitely shaking on the dips :). It feels so good to be back to a routine after the holidays!
