Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday Dec 13th, 2018 at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing “Total Body Barbell Challenge” LIVE!! This intense total body workout is entirely barbell focused. You’ll work-work each major muscle through various high rep patterns.

Equipment Needed:

A lightweight barbell with sets of approximately 3 pound plates, 5 pound plates and 10 pound plates

A full sized step with three risers under each side (which acts as a weight bench)

A fitness mat
