Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, Dec 10th at 9:15am EST, we will be doing Lift it Hiit It Legs Live. Continuous intervals of high Intensity cardio blasts followed by weighted leg exercises.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

Various Weighted Dumbbells ranging from 10 to 15 pounds.

Barbell with two plates on each side (used for deadlifts & plié squats).
 
Incredibly fun and just the right balance of sweat, heart rate acceleration, leg burn, and ouchie! I see myself doing this one over and over.

ETA: Forgot to mention thanks again, Cathe, for the superb counting and also the cueing on this workout was exceptional even for you. ;)

Perfect workout for those times when the rest days involve too much sitting and not enough walking. So there couldn't
be any "fakin' and the barbell was the perfect compliment to this workout.
