Hi Debbie
I have an appointment with the surgeon next Monday to discuss the MRI & decide whether to repair the ACL. Dealing with an HMO so I don't know how long I have to wait for a surgery date. I'm leaning towards just doing the meniscus. DH would like a surgery date after the academic semester ends in May.
Do you have an appointment yet? Changing insurance carriers is a bit of a hassle. As if there's not enough stress in the household that comes from a new job, which I hope your hubby is enjoying.
And you're expecting a new grandchild! Hope your daughter is doing well (or as well as one can in their 3rd trimester).
We'd better shoot for healthy knees & renewed fitness about Labor Day.

Great Deb, let me know what he decides after Monday. Yes, changing carriers has been a mess. I ended up not being covered this past appointment for my knee and the doctor was with me for a total of 5 minutes and it cost $110.00!!! Grrrr! (Not to find out anything but wait & see again.) Good news...hubby loves his new job so that is great! Thanks for asking. Julie is doing very well, thank you! She is back to doing her normal things. She doesn't feel great, but MUCH better. We have less then two months to go. Thinking of you and wishing you (& me too) very healthy knees by Labor day. I want to be able to do my new Cathe's when they come. Keep me posted.
