Debbie, The Tae Bo Abs & Glutes in my opinion is worth it. I do own a few other "abs" tapes but Billy pushes me. I have to breathe thru this tape and I break out in a sweat. I finally have the abs I've always wanted. The glutes is tough! I can see new muscle formned in my backside. The "inner thigh" work wasn't tough for me but everything else if done in proper form has an effect.

Hollie, Kickboxing has REALLY changed how I look. No matter what I did, could not get rid of the fat on the back of my hips. Kickboxing did it! The saddle bags are gone, as well as a significant amount of cellulite! I always did step aerobics and weights but kickboxing has slimned me down. I am pleased with the results.

In kickboxing you are using your core muscles and abs throughout the entire workout. Your rear end is worked constantly.

Powerstrike is a Great tape. I wished I had order both 1 & 2 at the same time to save shipping. They are well worth it! If they produce more tapes I will buy them! Also, I really like Aaron Lankford's Powerkicks. The intensity is up there and it is easy to follow. But, in my opinion nothing can push me like Tae Bo.

Oh....hey, Laura!!!!

Thanks for the message!! They only kickboxing I have right now is what is in the CTX series and Circuit Max. I've been afraid to get Cardio Kicks because someone said it's like hi/lo kickbox....and hi/lo and my feet & knees DO NOT get along! :-( I will probably get it and just modify. Are the Powerstrike tapes hi/lo like Cathe's? Hopefully I can get those soon -- have to convince hubby it's for my birthday! :D Again, thank you for letting me know. :)

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I think I will put that tape on my wishlist. I need a breather right now since I just ordered three new tapes this past week! :-wow Have you tried adding ankle weights for the inner thigh work? Not sure if it is standing or floor work?? Just an idea. Again, thanks, I am going to try to get the tape soon.

Hi Hollie,

The Powerstrike workouts are drill-based not hi-lo. Kicks, punches and blocks in varying and interesting sequences. No moving around the room and actually very little impact except some jumping jacks. Hope this helps. --Karen
