Back to the 2 right shoes dilemma! Did they provide you with a UPS return label to return your 2 rights? They sent me a new pair of shoes quickly but for the life of me I cannot get them to send me the UPS return label, as they promised me they would, to return the 2 right shoes. They told me they would do this and I have emailed them 3 times and called them 2x and each time they have told me it was being mailed. Yesterday I emailed them AGAIN (still no response) and told them in no uncertain terms that I wasn't paying to return the shoes because it was their error and that they had better not bill my credit card for the defective pair of shoes. This kind of poor customer service drives me insane! I sure hope they don't try to bill me again or they are going to incur the full wrath of my Italian/Irish temper! Anyway, I was just wondering about your experience with them.
